Gabe Soto, M.D., Ph.D. FACC

 

Dr. Soto is joining Cardiovascular Consultants in August 2008. He received his medical degree from Washington University School of Medicine. His Internal Medicine residency and fellowship for Cardiovascular Diseases and Electrophysiology were completed at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. He is board certified for Internal Medicine in Cardiovascular Diseases.

 

Dr. Soto’s services to our patients will include:

 

Invasive and non-invasive diagnostic evaluation and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias.

 

Radiofrequency and cryogenic catheter ablation for:

  Atrial fibrillation

  Typical and atypical atrial flutters

  AV nodal re-entry

  Ectopic atrial tachycardias

  Accessory pathways

  Ventricular tachycardias

  Symptomatic premature ventricular contractions

 

Comprehensive cardiac device services, including implantation and follow-up for:

  Pacemakers

  Implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs)

  Cardiac resynchronization therapy /biventricular pacemakers

  Implantable loop recorders

 

Management of patients with genetic syndromes associated with arrhythmias including the long QT syndrome and arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy.
